Why do I need this course?:

If you are wanting to use your drone for mapping, then this introductory course provides an overview of camera and drone settings, waypoint setup and post processing of your images using free software.

How long is the course?

The course runs from 8.30am to 12.30pm. 

When does the course run?

During the weeks of our RePL training in your location, or on custom dates for groups.

What do I need or to bring to attend this course?:

  • No prior knowledge of drone mapping or photography required.
  • Some drone flight experience is recommended but not a pre-requisite.
  • Course will cover Pix4Dcapture and ODM (all free software), but the same methodology applies to other apps / software
