- Key SCUD 350 Features:
- Speed – Can induct liquid product at up to 300L/min.
- 3-way ball valve – Allows the SCUD to self fill then mix the product thoroughly before being discharged
- Closed system - It also has the capacity to mix in a closed system so the SCUD can be left mixing the next chemical batch while you’re spraying.
- Drum washer – For triple rinsing drums from 1- 20 ltrs and has the capacity to clean and rinse chemical drums transferring the rinse water into the sprayer which saves time on your fill and also saves the environment.
- Size of an IBC – Has the Footprint of an IBC so easy to work around in a confined space.
- Waterfold mixing – Great agitation using the “waterfold” mixing action.
- Safety – This machine stops your staff climbing on the back of the vehicle to fill the spray unit.
The SCUD 350 Mixer is a self-contained skid-mounted chemical mixing station with a 20L drum rinser and a huge granule mixing capacity. Its simple plumbing makes it easy to clean out and easy to use and it can fill a 3000L sprayer in under 10 mins.
In these days of occupational health and safety regulation, this machine gives you a system that shows your staff and safety inspectors that you take your chemical handling seriously by providing them with everything they need to get the job done properly, efficiently and above all- safely.
The SCUD 350 Mixer uses 3-way ball valves on the inlet and outlet. This allows the SCUD to self fill then mix the product thoroughly before being discharged, making it ideal for inline product induction for reticulation. It also has the capacity to mix in a closed system so the SCUD can be left mixing the next chemical batch while you’re spraying.
The 20L drum washer for triple rinsing drums from 1- 20 ltrs and has the capacity to clean and rinse chemical drums, transferring the rinse water into the sprayer which saves time on your fill and doesn’t damage the environment.

Our flexible online webinar course provides a contact-free environment for completing the theory study at home or work.
The online webinars for RePL and half-day webinars for upgrades run every 3 weeks(2 days of webinars for sub 7kg and 3 days of webinars for sub 25kg) and include AROC and ELP. Face to Face closeout dates are arranged Australia wide per course venue at time of booking.
